Enforcing Policies
The POA is charged with the duty of enforcing the Bill of Assurance and the POA By-Laws. It is the duty of the POA to fairly and equally enforce the rules that govern our community. The board takes this duty very seriously. Enforcement can be very expensive! Therefore, it is in the best interest of all residents to be familiar with the Bill of Assurance and the POA By-Laws and to live within these guidelines. To better understand how enforcement is conducted, read Article XI, Section 1 of the LHVPOA By-Laws.
